This is an initial implementation of IPv6 support (#81). I have not attempted to deal with any of the tricky issues that would be involved in roaming between IPv6 and IPv4—so for now, IPv6 is hidden behind a new option
mosh -6, and not used by default.This is only tested on Linux so far.
