Summary

• expose the latest completed Memory outcome separately when a newer attempt is still running
• fold a canonical terminal status whose log append failed into the same sequence that owns publish, failure, streak, and freshness metrics
• remove the broad pre-run safety commit in favor of exact-path undo units
• keep report finalization and question semantics in the app-owned operating contract
