v2.2.12 stable release

Updates:

  • Fix remaining multiple definition of 'firebase_ns::JWT' linker error on pre-C++17 toolchains (e.g. Arduino-ESP32 core 2.x compiled as gnu++11) when including FirebaseClient.h in more than one source (.cpp) file (#329). The v2.2.11 fix relied on C++17 inline variables, which are ignored below C++17. The now-unused global JWT object has been removed and the global OTAUpdater object is now a function-local (Meyers) singleton, so a single shared instance is guaranteed across translation units on every C++ standard.
