anyone knows what the plans for gnome are...bypassing 49 and straight to 50 in couple of months? |

We are downstream Gentoo and follow whatever they do in the stable tree. But what I can tell is that only the even numbers get stable keywords. Odd numbers ( like 49 ) are considered development releases. My educated guess would be that we can expect GNOME 50 ~May–July 2026 |
