Functional Storage Downgrade Fix v1.1.0

Fixed a bug that allowed infinite duplication of items with a stack size limit greater than 1.

Note: Mixin Extras is being used. Basically, download and install “FunctionalStorage-Downgrade-Fix-1.1.0-all.jar”. If Mixin Extras is already installed via another mod, using the file without “-all” in its name is also acceptable.
