Overview

This release adds support for creating a buffered iterator directly from any sequence.

Swift 6.4 by @dimitribouniol in #38:
- Updated compatibility workflow to test Swift 6.4 and main.
Buffered Iterator Constructor by @dimitribouniol in #39:
- Added a public constructor for buffered iterators.
