Auth URL and Token URL overrides in Server Settings

Problem

Currently there are no fields for Auth URL + Token URL by design, since they resolved by authorization server metadata discovery, exactly like Claude and ChatGPT do it. However, you might want to point to a development or staging url during testing, and for that, there is no affordance.

Solution

Auth URL and Token URL fields on in Server Settings modal that, if set, would override whatever urls the authorization server returns.

This is my request from the #inspector-dev thread (imba2204 on Discord). Thanks for writing it up.
I'm actively running into this issue: our authorization server uses non-default paths, and I need to override the discovered endpoints to test against staging. Since the use case is fresh and currently blocking my testing, I'd be interested in implementing it through the project's coordinated maintainer workflow and I'm happy to move quickly on it. If this is suitable for an external contribution, I'm happy to coordinate the scope and next steps in #inspector-dev.
