Patch release: mif-provenance's SessionStart hook resolves its git dir from the session's own launch cwd, so session_start was silently never recorded for any session launched outside a git repository (a bare multi-repo workspace root); the PostToolUse capture hook now synthesizes the missing line into the touched file's own repository ledger (#148, #150). Plus five other fixes since v0.7.1: the #90 wiring-warning path prefix (#157), a transient mif-guard validator-spawn retry (#146, #149), a garbled duplicated clause removed from mif-guard's block message (#151, #152), and two mif-to-pdf rendering fixes (#153, #154).
