  coverage-gap findings across an extensible, model-routed check registry.
  Supports configurable batch size, a runtime elicitation step for
  project-specific custom checks, an opt-in --fix mode scoped to
  mechanically-safe findings, and opt-in GitHub issue filing for confirmed
  high-severity findings.
