Added

• Added the audit-v2 deterministic tooling (#201): a parameterized
  route-aware link checker (check-doc-links.mjs gained
  --docs-root/--base/--astro-config/--json/--allow-non-kebab/
  --write), the pinned mif-docs/audit-findings@1 payload schema
  (lib/audit-findings.mjs), incremental audit state
  (audit-state.mjs + lib/audit-state.mjs), a git-based temporal
  oracle with shallow-clone detection (lib/temporal-git.mjs), a shared
  provenance classifier (lib/provenance-classify.mjs), and the zero-LLM
  corpus runner (audit-deterministic.mjs) emitting findings, defect
  classes, and a corpus map.
• Added eight rewritten audit-docs evals pinning the redesign's cost
  invariants: zero Agent calls for deterministic-only and unchanged-corpus
  runs, the C + B budget plan, defect-class-not-per-file reporting,
  immutable-doc suppression, and the malformed-batch-output
  re-ask/fallback contract.

Changed

• Rewrote the audit-docs skill onto the #201 tooling with a
  deterministic-first, batched, incremental architecture. The 17-check
  registry was tiered by where each check is decided: eight deterministic
  checks moved into the zero-Agent-cost runner; the three cross-document
  checks moved ahead of all per-file work as guaranteed bounded Agent
  calls; the seven judgment checks moved into batched, schema-validated
  Agent calls (default six files per call) gated to files changed since
  the last recorded audit. The per-run Agent-call plan became C + B
  (in-scope cross-document count plus the real batch-partition count),
  with zero calls for unchanged corpora. Defect-class reporting replaced
  per-file re-narration; immutable records stopped receiving voice/format
  nits, with accuracy findings on them reportable only as supersession
  candidates. --batch-size was redefined as files per judgment call
  (previously a reporting cadence); --full, --site-base,
  --astro-config, --docs-root, and --ledger were added; --fix
  gained the scripted, oracle-verified defect-class pass. Motivated by
  the 2026-07-30 audit run (125 files, ~750 findings, a 266KB report,
  zero acted-on outcomes, the three cross-document checks never reached).
• Barred per-file audit Agent calls from carrying an unjustified opus
  model override; calls inherit the session model unless a stated reason
  requires otherwise (#195).
