Refresh Chinese README ModelScope links

Summary

• align README_zh model-table ModelScope links with the current iic entries used by the English README
• update Paraformer, streaming Paraformer, ct-punc, and fsmn-vad links on the high-traffic Chinese README surface
• add a regression test so the Chinese README model table does not drift back to stale damo paths
