Summary

Add victor-software-house/hunk-history to the community extension directory.

The extension provides a Files/History sidebar, live Git history, immediate commit review, double-click inclusive ranges, and staged/unstaged comparisons. Hunk continues to own file navigation actions, diff rendering and comments.

This is an independently maintained project originally based on sadick254/hunk-commit-log, with attribution and MIT notices retained. Its listing is additive; the existing original listing remains unchanged.

Validation

• bun test scripts/check-extension-catalog.test.ts — 8 tests passed (Bun 1.4.0).
• git diff --check — passed.
• Extension release: typecheck and 110 tests passed against Hunk 0.21.1; installed-release TUI smoke verified.
• Full website build not run; this change adds catalog data and an empty maintenance Changeset only.
