Bug Fixes

• Fixed mount format - devcontainer CLI requires --mount=VALUE format (with equals sign), not --mount VALUE
• Auto-create config directory - wl up now creates ~/.config/work-lab automatically if it doesn't exist
• Removed gastown from Dockerfile - gastown is not yet on npm, removed to unblock builds
