When multiple linked SFR NONE/(0,0,0) cells are connected only the first cell is properly mapped during model splitting; SFR NONE cells connected to that cell may be erroneously distributed to another model and linked via MVR package.
Proposed fix: When SFR NONE cells exist, traverse the DAG of connected SFR NONE cells and assign all of these cells to the same model based on connectivity with SFR cells that are connected to the GWF system.
