A private pulse for the maintainer at /stats.

Added

  • A private pulse for the maintainer at /stats (M13e): when a person last sent a pack, when the last game started and how many games are in progress, the totals, and bars of new players, games started, packs sent by people and visits, by day, week or month. Everyone counts alike, tests included. It's behind STATS_TOKEN, given as the browser's password, and isn't there at all until the token is set (GET /api/stats).
