Open Terminal starts in the selected project directory.

Ghostty's already-running instance ignores xdg-terminal-exec --dir. This release detects Ghostty and opens ghostty +new-window --working-directory=<project>. Other terminals still use --dir. Omafile commands follow the same path.

Installed plugins can pick this up with omarchy plugin update modoterra.omabench.
