ModrinthApp folder not installing in the correct place

Please confirm the following.

• I checked the existing issues for duplicate problems
• I have tried resolving the issue using the support portal
• I have ensured my Modrinth App installation is up to date

Describe the bug

I have tried installing modrinth to my computer, but ever since the update near the end of 2024, it hasnt really worked properly, then halfway through 25 it stopped working at all, i have found the issue that it is because of where its installed (Appdata/Roaming), but everytime I tried to change where it was installed to, through the installwizard, it would still only install into the Roaming folder and only putting the Uninstall, and open modrinth app, in that inputted folder, and I was already told that the problem with my roaming folder that causes modrinth not to work is unfixable, therefor its the only option I have, yet it will not work no matter how many times I uninstall and reinstall it, it keeps appearing into the Roaming folder instead of the directory I choose in the install options.

Steps to reproduce

Install modrinth
Try moving folder to a different location through the installer

Expected behavior

it to move the entire modrinth folder to where I selected on the "Choose Install Location" "Destination Folder."

i'm having a similar issue where after moving the app directory to a secondary drive (and of course setting the app directory to the new path in the settings) all the data i had in modrinth like minecraft account and profiles disappear, while the ModrinthApp folder is fully intact, and where it's supposed to be.
also on x64 windows
