new feature: diagnostics

• User can download diagnostic data via context menue of integration. Data include config_entry of domain and all data retrieved from Divera. It will mask api key, but no other data i.e. personal or alarm details

killed bugs:

• api gave wrong returns upon fetching vehicle_data
• user could add different users of the same unit multiple times
