• Windows 版本统一按 64 位 x64 / 32 位 x86 分类，目标支持 Windows 7 SP1、8、8.1、10、11。每种架构提供单 EXE 和安装包，无需另装 .NET、VC++、Java 或 WebView2。
• 专注页面支持 1 秒内三次 M 开始、继续或再开一轮，N 暂停。
• 倒计时和精简悬浮窗显示预计结束时间，支持自动循环与可调轮次间隔。
• 三个可自定义的下一轮快捷时长，完成提醒提供“再来一轮”和“我知道了”。
• 一周页新增每日完成时长、轮次和小时分布图，采用固定 60 分钟刻度。
• 新增《花火大会》《黄昏之时》内置音乐，均带 0.8 秒淡入、0.8 秒淡出。
• 更多设置补充易懂的悬浮说明；支持深浅色模式和简体中文、繁體中文、English。
• 新设置和专注统计随 JSON 备份保存，自定义音频仍不包含在备份中。

完整源码 ZIP / tar.gz：由当前版本标签生成，包含统一源码、两种架构的构建入口、资源、第三方许可和 FFmpeg 对应源码。也可使用页面底部的 Source code 下载入口。

升级前请从托盘退出旧版。沿用原数据目录，已有计划、偏好、自定义音频和总累计值保留；旧版本未记录的每日明细无法补回。单 EXE 可直接运行，安装包用于创建快捷方式和卸载入口。

32 位版需要 SSE2，也可在 64 位 Windows 的 WOW64 环境运行；Windows 11 没有 32 位系统版本。系统圆角与外框按 Windows 能力呈现，新系统继续使用可用的 DPI 和 DWM 接口。

已完成编译与代码、PE、安装包内容的静态检查；Windows 7、8、8.1、10 尚未实机验证。详见 Windows 支持说明。

Unified x64 and x86 portable EXEs and installers targeting Windows 7 SP1–11, built from one source tree with the same features and UI. No separate runtime installation is required. x86 requires SSE2 and can also run through WOW64 on x64 Windows.

This release includes focus keyboard shortcuts, expected finish times, automatic loops, three next-round presets, daily/hourly focus charts with a fixed 60-minute scale, clearer tooltips, and two built-in music clips with 0.8-second fades. Preferences and focus statistics are included in JSON backups; custom audio files are not. The source archive includes licenses and corresponding decoder source. Older Windows versions have been statically inspected but not tested on hardware or a VM.

• 单一专注：时间设置与倒计时合并到首页大卡片，提供进度条、暂停、重置和移除。
• 正计时：从零开始记录专注，支持暂停、继续和重置；完成本轮后计入总专注时长，退出后保留进度并在下次打开时暂停。
• 计时互斥：开始或继续正计时会暂停倒计时，反之亦然，均保留进度。
• 精简悬浮窗：显示当前计时和未来 30 分钟内的闹钟，支持置顶、拖动、边缘缩放、返回完整窗口和关闭到托盘。

界面调整

• 设置新增“更多设置”，单一专注与正计时默认关闭。
• 试听按钮采用圆形播放／暂停图标样式。
• 统一浅色计时卡片背景，新增浅色界面专用图标。
• 放大周视图日期切换箭头，操作提示在 10 秒后自动消失。
• 新增功能适配深浅色主题与简体中文、繁体中文、英文。

Multiple countdowns, time wheels, recurring alarms, weekly schedules, built-in and custom sounds, completed focus statistics, light/dark themes, three embedded languages, system tray, optional startup at sign-in and JSON backup/restore.

说明 / Notes

JSON 备份不包含自定义音频。关闭窗口后会在托盘继续计时；电脑关机、睡眠或退出程序时不能响铃。
单 EXE 请放到固定位置后再开启开机启动，移动文件后需要重新开启。

JSON backups do not include custom audio files. Closing the window keeps the application running in the tray. Alarms cannot sound while the computer is shut down, asleep or the app is not running. Keep the portable EXE in a permanent location before enabling startup.

备份恢复与开机启动已进行代码和逻辑审查，未实际操作这些功能、安装/卸载或重启 Windows 进行验证。

Backup and startup paths were reviewed in code; actual backup restoration, startup changes, installation/uninstallation and Windows restart behavior were not verified.
