Show both real + model product photos stacked on mobile shop/category grid (previously only the real photo showed, since mobile has no hover to trigger the model-photo swap). Also adds force-product-image-ratio.php: pins every product image to a 1120x1380 box with white letterboxing so old off-ratio uploads stay consistent with the new photography.
