New app. Search torrent sites from the console and download straight to the hard disk, with no PC involved at any point.
Supports a VPN. Copy the ordinary WireGuard .conf your provider gives you to /dev_hdd0/tmp/swarm/wireguard.conf and the app takes its traffic through the tunnel itself, so trackers and peers see the VPN's address and never yours.
Kill switch. With it on, nothing reaches the network at all unless the tunnel is up.
Sites to search are plain text files in /dev_hdd0/tmp/swarm/sources, so you can add your own. Torrents-CSV and The Pirate Bay are set up on first launch.
Magnet links, UDP trackers, and every piece checked against its hash. Stopping part way costs nothing: the next run reads what is already on disk and asks only for the rest.
Adjusts how many peers it talks to while a download runs, to get the most out of the connection.
Finished content lands in downloads, and anything still downloading is kept apart from it, so a folder of content is never half a download.
Built for privacy: the log never names what you downloaded or searched for, and an optional secure delete writes over every byte before removing it.
Everything it uses lives in /dev_hdd0/tmp/swarm, outside the game folder, so reinstalling the app does not wipe your settings or downloads.

Audio CDs show their real track, album and artist names on the XMB again. The PS3's own lookup used a server that died years ago, so every disc came up as Track 1, Track 2. This plugin brings the feature back with nothing to configure, looking albums up on gnudb.
Genre is filled in, and the disc number reads 1/1 instead of reporting a 30-track CD as disc 30 of 30.
On HEN it waits a few seconds before touching the XMB, which had been freezing some consoles. Nothing changes on CFW.

Replace any texture in any game, no game-specific work needed. On the cheat menu's Patches tab, Square dumps the textures the running game is drawing. Patch Studio, a new PC tool, downloads those dumps, turns them into images you can edit in any image editor, and builds a patch you send back to the console.
The Patches tab applies a patch over the running game and can turn it back off again, including patches that offer selectable parts and variants.

Press X on an .iso to mount it as the Blu-ray disc, the same as the disc mount plugin does from the XMB. Both remember the same image, so a mount made here comes back after a reboot. The image has to be on the internal drive or a USB stick.
Disc dump now stops after one failed read and says why, instead of retrying for hours, and deletes the half-written file. PS2 and video discs turn out to be impossible to dump: the console refuses raw sector reads on them, and multiMAN fails the same way. PS3 discs are unchanged.

Downloads are saved as MP4 and appear in the XMB's Video column under a "Yo! Player Downloads" album. Previously they sat in a folder the XMB ignored.
New look matching the YouTube app: dark grey page, YouTube red on the seek bar, live badges and volume meter, white ring on the selected thumbnail. Colours live in a themes.txt you can edit over FTP.

Mouse mode is a proper mouse: pointer on the sticks, click with X, circle and square, arrow keys on the d-pad, Windows key on START. Triangle shows the on-screen keyboard, and its keys now repeat when held. Optional swap so the right stick moves the pointer.
SELECT on its own passes through to the PC as a normal button, and only acts as the app's modifier when held with a combo button.
The smoothest mode (vsync) is now the default.
The server prefers Intel Quick Sync, which the PS3 decodes most reliably, and it lets your PC screen sleep while idle instead of holding it awake.
A slow first connection is no longer torn down mid-handshake.
The encoder dropdown is locked while a PS3 is streaming, and per-second stats stay on the on-screen panel instead of filling the log.

Replaced the command line with a proper window. Tasks, paths and pack options are form fields, all output goes to a log pane, and the bundled ffmpeg is found automatically.

720p and other sub-1080p TVs now show apps correctly. Everything is drawn on a 1080p canvas the console scales to your screen, and text stays smooth rather than blocky.
Every build carries a version like 174-a5dd795, logged on startup and shown as 01.74 on the XMB info screen (drop the dot to get the build number).
