Commit: fix: handle missing files gracefully in Mac deployment

Fixed runtime error when loading system prompt and config files by adding:

  • Fallback paths for both app bundle and development environments
  • Null checks before attempting to read files
  • Default system prompt if file cannot be found
  • Multiple path attempts for .env-secrets file

This resolves the "attempt to index nil value" error when refining text.
