Release 1.4.0

Commit: fix: correct system prompt format for OpenAI API in Mac version

Fixed issue where system prompt wasn't being used by simplifying the message
structure. The Mac implementation was using a nested object format that's not
compatible with standard OpenAI API.

  • Changed system message content from nested object to simple string
  • Added debug logging to verify system prompt loading
  • Now properly uses system-prompt-completion.md content
