Bug Fixes

  • Fix hover highlight regression after D3 v7 migration (b7ffa01)

    • The highlighted path was being dimmed along with others on hover due to incorrect event handler parameters after D3 v7 migration
    • Root cause: D3 v7 changed event handler signature from (d, i) to (event, d), so the index parameter was no longer available

  • Fix memory leaks in destroy() method (41e7584)

    • Remove all event listeners before removing SVG elements to prevent memory leaks when the chart is destroyed and recreated

  • Optimize hover performance by removing getIndex helper (c3b03a4)

    • Replace indexOf() on DOM nodes with data.indexOf(d) in event handlers to avoid O(n) DOM traversal on every mouse event

  • Fix legend circle flickering on interaction (f88b7df)

    • Fixed issue where legend circles would flicker on click or when hovering labels

  • Fix potential negative index in cursor positioning (8f77267)

    • Add bounds checking to prevent negative array index when hovering near the leftmost edge of the chart
