Word-by-word audit of the full kit, focused on making it work for any project, any task, any repo, any app.

Added

  • SETUP_PROMPT Step 4: from-scratch file-structure spec — agents without access to the kit folder (e.g. web chat) now rebuild faithful governance structure instead of inventing their own
  • docs-folder collision rule: governance files never mix into an existing product docs/
  • Non-technical owners can answer "I don't know" to verification questions and get proposed defaults

Changed

  • START_HERE model-selection block fully self-contained (no dangling reference to the kit's patterns folder, which isn't copied into projects)
  • PENDING-OWNER check added to the session-start loop
  • Amendment channel covers solo projects (owner directly)
  • Setup-prompt archive step + appendix wording fixes

Fixed

  • Checkpoint template typo, missing Class-12 separator, cost-zero table as-of date
  • Failure Class 3 genericized (marketplace terms removed)
  • Emoji status glyphs in worked example replaced with [OK]/[WARN]/[DEAD]
