• Added the command /trigger dice_bag to give the player an item to trigger a dice roll
• Supports rolling and summing multiple dice
• Supports positive and negative static modifiers
• Announces die rolls to the player via in-game titles
• Tested in Minecraft 1.21.6 on single player
