• Edits kept with your pictures, as in Picasa: recorded in each folder's hidden .picaluma.ini; the picture is untouched.
• File › Save (Ctrl+S) writes edits into the picture and keeps the original in .picalumaoriginals; Undo Save brings it back.
• Picasa's edits are read from .picasa.ini, and Picasa-saved pictures can go back to their originals.
• Crop works like Picasa's: drag to draw, resize by edges and corners, size shown, buttons enabled once there's a box.
