TAKTO ONE 1.0.0
First public release of TAKTO ONE: a sensor-integrated, tendon-driven hand exoskeleton, with the CAD, electronics, firmware and software needed to build and extend one.
Assembly CAD (attached below)
The repository ships every printed part as an isolated STEP and STL. These attachments add what those cannot show: how the parts sit relative to each other. Exported from the live Fusion assembly.
TAKTO-ONE_Finger_Index— a complete finger, and the unit the whole hand is built fromTAKTO-ONE_Finger_Middle,_Ring,_Little— the same sequence at each finger's link lengthsTAKTO-ONE_Palm_Stack— palm, carrier board, spacers, palm IMU, cap
Each comes as .f3d and .step. Open the .f3d in Fusion if you can: it carries the real component names, the parametric history and the joints, and is the source in the preferred form for modification. The .step opens anywhere with exact geometry and positions, but names its products after Fusion's internal reference IDs, so its tree reads as timestamps rather than part names.
Read alongside docs/build-guide.pdf (the finger is pages 3 to 8, the palm stack 16 to 18, and page 24 prints 1:1 part-check plates) and docs/README.md for the two corrections to that guide.
README.md and SHA256SUMS.txt are attached with the files.
Not included, deliberately: the forearm assembly, whose Fusion file contains manufacturer CAD of purchased parts that is not ours to redistribute, and a personal arm scan used as a fitting reference. Every TAKTO-authored forearm part is published individually in cad/, and the build guide covers that chapter.
