  • The Trendanalysis pipeline now uses an updated version of ChronQC.
  • Trendanalysis pipeline is now able to process sWGS, WGS, OGM, OpenArray, RNA data.
  • CopyQCDataToTmp.sh and trendAnalyse.sh have an extra option --datatype. With this option you can process just 1 data type, this is nice for testing.
