Connect Android v0.3.1
This version introduces a number of bug fixes and improvements. Most importantly, this fixes an issue partners were seeing on newer versions of Kotlin: Malformed JWT, failed to decode base64Url value. This version changes how base64 decoding occurs inside the SDK, allowing padding of the link session token to be optional.
