What's New
Connection management has been overhauled with explicit connection handling, replacing the previous session-based approach, giving you more predictable and reliable control over database connections. Atlas search gets two notable upgrades: support for $rerank in aggregation pipelines and a new on-demand tool for retrieving search stage rules, making it easier to build and tune Atlas Search queries. Several new Atlas cluster management tools have also been added, including the ability to create clusters, pause and resume them, upgrade them, and load sample data directly from your AI assistant.
