Nebulo is now Onside TV!

Same app, new name, and the biggest update so far.

Read this before you install

• You need iOS 26 or newer. If your phone is on an older version, stay on Nebulo V2.3 for now.
• Onside TV installs as a new app next to Nebulo. You'll have to log in again, and your favorites and settings from Nebulo won't carry over. Once you're set up you can delete Nebulo.
• There's just one IPA this time, no backup version.

What's New

• New look: Liquid Glass all through the app, a new home screen with big channel cards and a full screen hero at the top.
• Way bigger sports section: Game cards with lineups, stats, momentum, shot maps, win probability and box scores, plus standings, team pages and schedules.
• Favorite teams: Follow your teams, leagues, drivers and golfers and see their next game or live score on the home screen.
• Live Activities: Follow the score from your Lock Screen and Dynamic Island.
• Smarter game search: Tap a game and the app checks your TV guide for both teams around the start time, then plays the right channel or shows you the best matches.
• New search: Live games, recently watched channels and your categories all in one place.
• Recordings: Stop, delete or jump to the live channel right from the recordings section, and recordings now show their own guide info.
• Connection warning: If your provider only gives you one connection, the app warns you before watching something else would cut off a recording.

Fixes

• If your login is wrong the app now tells you, instead of dropping you on an empty home screen. The guide also loads right away the first time you log in.
• Streams don't keep playing sound anymore after you close them and lock your phone.
• Smoother scrolling and less heat.
• Show pictures on the home screen only appear when they actually match the show.

Under the Hood

• The code is open source now under the MIT license.
• Update checks still come from GitHub, so you'll get a heads up in Settings when a new version is out.

What's New in V2.3?

If the main ipa does is unable to be verified, try the backup it will work with users using signing apps

Major Improvements

• Expanded Sports Section: New categories for soccer and more sports added
  - Settings to customize sports tabs, press and hold on a game for more options, language and resolution tags added, improved the searching for game.

• Stronger recording abilities: The user can now record in the background when the phone is off, can now watch another stream while one is recording, recording will start again if app is force quit, replaced the recording function with one that can fill in any gaps leading to a much more stable experience.

• Fixed KSPlayer bug: KSPlayer is much more reliable now with some bug fixes.

• Increased Multi-view reliability: Multi-view should now work smoother with bug fixed. Made the layout much cleaner and more optimized

UI/UX Improvements

• Significantly Quicker Startup: After logging in for the first time, loading is much faster and the epg updates either manually or once every 24 hours.

• Smart Progress Bar: Progress bar is accurate after the first time it loads.

• Settings Upgrades:
  - Added a "System Up to Date" confirmation for manual update checks.
  - Consolidated EPG loading status into the main overlay.

Bug Fixes and Stability

• EPG Parsing: EPG parsing is faster and more efficient.
• KSPlayer Stalling: KSPlayer would stop working after 30 seconds but it is much more stable now
• Memory Optimization: Fixed memory leaks in the recording manager that would mess things up and crash app.

Under the Hood

• Update Checker Connected to GitHub: Checks github to see if any updates have been released.
• FFmpegKit: Switched to a more stable and up to date version of FFmpegKit which helped to fix KSPlayer's stability issues.

Hot Fix

After my post to reddit I received a lot of useful feedback that I thought I would go ahead and implement. The following changes are below:

Stalker/MAC under construction it doesn't work right now

• New settings UI

• Buttons to go forward or backward one channel

• Support for multiple playlists

• Support for multiple EPGs

• Sort of in app updates. I can't really without a $99 a year dev account so right now it checks if you are up to date and if your not it will send you to the latest release tab in GitHub

• Completely revamped the speed of the player so channels will load much faster now closer to other apps like Smarters IPTV

• Slight refresh to the multi view section so channels don't reload every time a new channel is added.

• mini player doesn't reload every time it is activated same for when the user goes back to full screen.

Nebulo V1.1

This update brings a major new login method, significant video player upgrades, multiview, and highly requested UI fixes.

New Features

• MAC Address / Stalker Portal Support: You can now login using a Portal URL and MAC Address (00:1A:79...). The app handles the handshake automatically.
• Picture-in-Picture (PiP): Added a PiP toggle to the video player overlay. Watch your streams while using other apps!
• Seek Controls: Added -10s and +10s buttons to the player overlay.
• "Jump to Live" Button: The new LIVE indicator is now interactive. If you are behind, tap it to jump instantly to the latest point in the stream.
• Multiview: Added a multi-view section to watch up to 4 streams at the same time

Improvements

• Smart Search Fallback: If a specific game isn't found in Sports Center, the app now automatically searches for the broadcasting network (e.g., "ESPN") instead of showing zero results.
• Sidebar Organization: Reordered sidebar items for better access: Recently Watched → Favorites → Sports Center → Multi-View → All Channels.
• Update Logic: Added a "Don't Ask Again" option to the update alert to mute notifications for a specific version.
• Login UI: Redesigned the login picker to support two lines of text, preventing cutoff on smaller screens.
• More soccer leagues: Added more soccer leagues in the sports center section (Ligue 1, Serie A, Liga MX, and more)

Bug Fixes

• Fixed Video Freezing: Completely rewrote the buffer logic to prevent the player from getting stuck on the first frame or freezing indefinitely during network stalls.
• Fixed Multi-View Cropping: Streams in multi-view mode now show the full video picture instead of zooming in and cropping the edges.
• Fixed Text Cutoff: Login instructions and titles now auto-shrink to fit any screen size without being cut off.
