First run

On first launch the app offers a one-click install of the local AI engine (Ollama) — click-gated, never silent. Everything runs offline afterwards. If you skip it, regex-only mode still works (semantic PII like names or diagnoses won't be caught until the model is installed).

Known limitations

• macOS: Apple Silicon only (Intel Mac + Linux are on the roadmap).
• Windows: unsigned (signed builds coming).
• The LLM layer is not hardened against prompt injection — fine for your own documents; hardening is planned before e-discovery or adversarial third-party docs.
