First proper release of HGPAKtool with it's own built binaries for windows and linux.
There is also a wheel released for python as this version was basically a complete re-write of the code to split the cli and python api parts.
The python wheel is installable on pypi (python -m pip install hgpaktool) for any developer wanting to integrate this functionality into their code.
