What's Changed

  • R8 Minification & Size Optimization: Enabled full R8 code shrinking and optimization, reducing the APK footprint by ~38% from 10.1 MB to 6.0 MB.
  • Dynamic Live Spam Rules: Adding or deleting keywords now automatically re-evaluates all existing messages in the background (debounced at 150ms).
  • Clean Slate Defaults: Removed hardcoded default keywords -- users define 100% of their own spam rules.
  • Scroll Smoothness: Optimized Jetpack Compose rendering with 100% skippable list rows and hoisted border/color allocations, eliminating scroll jank.
  • Minimal Activation Screen: Redesigned home screen when not default with focused, clear copy on why the default SMS role is required.
  • Settings Reordered: Restructured hierarchy to Rules -> Display Preferences -> Data Maintenance.
