Minor bug fixes and improvements

  • Fixed a bug in the Enhanced Ecommerce where WooCommerce Products with special characters like an apostrophe single quote in the Title could break the javascript. Now Product info is all run through esc_html before output
  • Updated the README to replace old references to function_exists with updated do_action( 'gtm4wp_noscript' ); call instead
