- Split large CLI/orgrt modules into smaller files for maintainability; no behavior change.
org.ts/org-observe.ts were split into commands/org-*.ts modules, and daemon.ts/session.ts were split into orgrt/session-*.ts modules, with doc source-anchors updated to point at the new module locations. This range is entirely behaviour-preserving internal refactors plus doc-anchor updates; confirmed by this round's pre-audit with no functional or user-facing change.
