• scripts/sync-claude-trees.mjs now creates files missing inside a skill directory when the .agents/.gemini mirrors already hold that skill (previously silently left dangling imports to files that were never copied over).

• File-size sweep wave 2: split ~95 oversized source files across the CLI, mcp-tools, orgrt, memory, init packages and the @monoes/monodesign, @monoes/memory, @monoes/monobrowse, @monoes/monograph, monofence-ai siblings into smaller modules. Pure code reorganization — original paths re-export everything, no behavior change.
