• A role in a sections org can read the full text of a long message digested for it. A message over the inline limit reaches the recipient cut at 1 KB with a pointer to <org dir>/mail/<recipient>/<id>.md, but a role with a narrow fileRead scope was refused that read ("outside read scope"), so the sender had to resend a compact version (seen in the growth-org test run). A role's own digest directory is now readable by the file tools, and nothing else is: another role's directory, a write, a shared-prefix sibling and a link out of the directory are still refused.
• The stub exclude block is only written into a real repository's info/exclude. A directory named .git that is not a repository (an empty one, or one holding only a runtime's config.worktree stub, as in the growth workspace) got an info/exclude created inside it. It is now skipped, as git itself skips it.
