Changed
- Claude Code Agent Teams is opt-in.
init and upgrade no longer write CLAUDE_CODE_EXPERIMENTAL_AGENT_TEAMS=1 or the monomind.agentTeams settings block — nothing in Monomind reads either; pass --agent-teams to write them. Existing settings are left as they are, and doctor reports a leftover flag or block (#655).
upgrade --settings retires an Agent Teams flag an earlier init wrote. It removes CLAUDE_CODE_EXPERIMENTAL_AGENT_TEAMS and the monomind.agentTeams block only when Monomind's own marker (coordination.sharedMemoryNamespace: agent-teams) proves an earlier init wrote them, keeps a settings.json.bak-agent-teams backup, and leaves a flag the user set themselves. doctor points at the command to run. A follow-up fix quotes the upgrade command in doctor's cost-settings notes (#655).
doctor and orgrt report served models, effort and context size, and warn on costly token settings. Result events now carry model_usage, effort, peak_context_tokens, context_warning and unexpected_models; doctor gains a read-only Token Cost Settings check (effort env overriding effortLevel, a huge compaction window, tool search off, output cap, duplicate hooks) (#655).
- Hooks are deduped by helper identity and coder delegation is capped.
init --force now retires an older command form of a hook it regenerates, doctor flags the same helper+argument pair registered twice, and coder mode refuses further Agent launches past MONOMIND_CODER_MAX_AGENTS / MONOMIND_CODER_MAX_REVIEW_AGENTS, reporting agent_launches (#655).
- Org skills now include a bundle imported from
anthropics/knowledge-work-plugins. monomind org skills import pulled in the Apache-2.0/MIT-licensed set (licence, source repo, path and commit recorded on each skill; .md files only); the partner-built zoom-plugin set was left out because its SDK docs carry example credentials that trip the secret scan. Five names clash with already-bundled skills and take the imported version: content-strategy, customer-research, design-system, seo-audit, statistical-analysis. Doc counts were regenerated, and the Jev shortlist cap was lifted so the bundled skills cannot crowd out the seeded ones.
Fixed
- A sections org's scheduled audit tick could be skipped for an unsigned definition or a failed precheck (Fixes #656).
- monobrowse's browse-concurrency test could abort with SIGABRT instead of skipping on a low-memory host (Fixes #651). Chrome is aborted at launch when the host is out of memory, which showed up as a flaky-looking test failure rather than a code defect. The test now computes the memory it needs (max 3 concurrent Chromes × 512 MiB) and skips with a logged reason when
MemAvailable is below that; assertions are unchanged when memory is sufficient.
Dependencies

sharp 0.35.4 → 0.35.5 and the npm_and_yarn group (proxy-addr 2.0.7 → 2.0.8, source-map-js 1.2.1 → 1.2.2).
