RigOne 1.10.0
RigOne 1.10.0
This update moves the whole window onto one design system and keeps Auto goals moving on their own.
- Every screen now uses the same components, so controls, menus, dialogs and notices look and behave the same everywhere. The run bar is lighter, with one panel toggle and a settings popover.
- An Auto goal keeps going when its lead makes no progress, and a review step that only reads files no longer stops the work after it when it reports a problem.
- When Claude Code, Codex or OpenCode updates itself while a step or the lead starts, RigOne waits up to two minutes for it to come back instead of failing, and tells you plainly if it does not.
- Plain headers from imported plugin connections now reach your agents.
- Starting, polling and saving do less repeated work, so the window and long runs stay responsive.
- Many smaller fixes to the run screen, step previews and Remote notifications.
- Everything from 1.9.1 is included.

RigOne 1.9.1
RigOne 1.9.1
This update refreshes the run screen and makes Remote recover clearly when the server forgets your Mac.
- The model and an Auto switch now sit under the message field, and the model picker lays models side by side.
- Projects are set apart from actions in a full-width project menu, and the project overview shows repository facts and opens the project in your editor.
- A new Linen theme; both side panels and the terminal now follow each theme.
- When the Remote server no longer knows this Mac, RigOne stops retrying and tells you to turn Remote access off and on, then pair your devices again.
- Run copies no longer borrow outdated JavaScript dependencies from your project folder.
- Everything from 1.9.0 is included.

RigOne 1.9.0
RigOne 1.9.0
This update brings the redesigned Remote to your phone and tablet.
- Remote has a new workspace layout: projects are easier to move between, conversations read more comfortably, and you choose how a new conversation starts.
- The message field sits where your thumb reaches it on a phone, stays clear of the keyboard and attached photos, and keeps your draft while you move around.
- Long names, large text and small screens keep their full labels instead of overlapping.
- Everything from 1.8.9 is included.

RigOne 1.8.9
RigOne 1.8.9
This update keeps Auto goals going after they finish, makes Remote steadier and refreshes the look of the app.
- A message after a finished Auto goal continues that goal with its plan, sources and messages. Only New goal starts from scratch.
- Finishing a goal in a workshop with many files no longer stalls the lead agent.
- Remote keeps each conversation's history separate, so one slow conversation no longer holds up the others, and an interrupted device registration recovers.
- Secrets for Codex connections no longer appear in the process list; they reach the connection through its environment.
- The lead agent tells you when none of the member skills could be given to it.
- When RigOne cannot save a conversation, the message says why, such as a full disk, and the reason is written to the log.
- Checks that must confirm Playwright tests by name now read Playwright's results instead of saying the runner is not recognised.
- Surface is the default theme again on SurfaceOne 0.23; a saved Airy choice opens on Surface.
- Every screen uses the full width of a wide window, and empty pages all show the same centred card with the next step.
- Home and Generate project setup are icons in the narrow rail, and the task panel starts with Tasks and Boards.
- A board task opens as a modal centred on the window; a click outside or Escape goes back to the board.
- The branches popover is narrower, refreshes from an icon and shows where each branch lives as an icon.

RigOne 1.8.8
RigOne 1.8.8
This update separates working with one agent from planning and Auto, and links conversations and plans to boards.
- One agent works directly with your project's skills and tools. Planning and Auto stay explicit modes you choose.
- Read-only reviews judge the evidence, and a step that truly needs your confirmation waits for your answer instead of failing the workflow.
- Conversations and plans can be linked to a board, with stable subtasks and progress updates, and an interrupted link recovers.
- Run all shows how preparation is going, and after a restart RigOne brings back saved conversations, their status and the selected agent.
- You can sign in to Codex MCP connections from the conversation and refresh their status without mixing conversations.
- Completed Codex edits are shown, and review tables read as accessible content.
- A check that must confirm tests by name now finds them when they run inside a module, instead of saying they never ran.
- tokio is updated to fix the I/O safety advisory RUSTSEC-2026-0386.
- The side panel can be resized by dragging its edge, pages start at the left edge, section titles sit level with their buttons, and Generate project setup is laid out like the other dialogs.
- Boards sign-in uses a centred card with the MonoOne logo.
- A Rust build inside a step no longer leaves the shared build cache broken for later builds on the Mac.

RigOne 1.8.7
RigOne 1.8.7
This update brings the new Airy theme, restores creating agents and regenerating the project setup, and makes Remote steadier on the phone.
- Airy, a lighter theme from SurfaceOne, is the new default. Every theme tile in Settings shows how it looks in the current mode.
- Every project on the Agents screen has a New agent button again.
- An applied project setup can be changed and generated again from the same dialog, and project generation is back in the side panel.
- Project setup and model repair no longer put roles on Fable or Astra. Model repair moves such roles to Opus or Sol.
- Remote keeps the view you were on after a refresh or a lock, and no longer reconnects in a loop after slow reads.
- Chat messages can carry more than four images.
- Answers in the terminal use the full width of the log, the start prompt is easier to read, and the DMG labels stay readable in light and dark mode.
- RigOne no longer repeats the same warning at every start for an old run whose project folder was renamed.

RigOne 1.8.6
RigOne 1.8.6
This update brings the redesigned Remote for phones and tablets, and makes Auto remember and deliver more reliably.
- Remote on the phone and tablet has a new look built on SurfaceOne: a new chat layout, a project picker, drafts that survive a reload, and clearer activity and status views. Texts are translated into all 8 languages.
- A short loss of connection keeps the Remote session and screen, and answers sent while the phone was away still arrive.
- Stop ends active Auto work right away, and checking which GitHub account made each commit is much faster and no longer blames commits fetched at the same moment.
- The run view shows how much of your plan limits is used.
- Auto reuses what it already learned about your sources in earlier runs, and reflection stays with the agent app you chose.
- Large context reaches agents when they need it, skills arrive complete, and Planning gets the sources and project instructions you selected.
- Generated roles are checked the same way as workers, keep their identities, and Undo restores the setup you had before.
- Auto copies only the projects it needs, keeps unpublished branches and stashes when it cleans up, and shows the real outcome of each task after a restart.
- The full check runs web tests first and the Rust suite after them, so it fails faster and less often under load.

RigOne 1.8.5
RigOne 1.8.5
This update lets Auto hand over finished work instead of looping on unrelated failures.
- A task whose own checks and verifier pass is delivered, even when an unrelated test elsewhere in the repository is red.
- Work saved before a failure is recovered, so a new attempt does not start from zero.
- Every repair is checked again before Auto moves on, and a reused check result names the run it came from.
- Fewer full gates run while a goal is in progress.
- The Rust build lock is released before tests run, so other runs wait less.
- Work that could not be measured at all stays "not verified" instead of passing or failing.
- The Lead gives a time estimate only once it has at least three earlier timings to go on.

RigOne 1.8.4
RigOne 1.8.4
This update makes Auto finish work instead of starting over, and lets it run on computers without YOLO.
- RigOne no longer wraps any step in its own sandbox, so agents always see their own sign-ins: no more "Not logged in" from Claude or "Operation not permitted" from Codex.
- The full access (YOLO) switch now only chooses the agents' own permission mode. Off, Claude edits without asking and Codex works in its own workspace mode, so Auto still runs unattended.
- If Codex cannot start its own sandbox with YOLO off, Auto runs that step again with Claude or OpenCode.
- When a check, gate or verifier does not pass, the same agent gets the error and fixes it in the same run, up to two times, instead of the run ending.
- A requirement that could not be measured is "don't know", not a failure.
- Failed web tests are run again alone; if they pass, the step says "Failed only under load" and the run continues.
- A failed check shows its real error lines, also when it stopped before any test ran.
- Every RigOne process gets the folder's GitHub account through its environment, so private git dependencies no longer ask for a password.
- Secrets you paste into the Lead chat are hidden in statuses and tool results.
- The Lead uses the agent apps you name, keeps working instead of refusing plans, and says "Auto is still working" instead of "Done" while parts are still running.

RigOne 1.8.3
RigOne 1.8.3
This update lets agents work the way they would in a terminal and gets out of their way.
- Project setup is now a conversation with the Lead: say what you want and adjust the agents and skills afterwards.
- RigOne keeps its own agents and skills in
.rig-oneand no longer copies them into.claude,.codex,.opencodeor.agents. - Every agent runs with full access, like
claudeorcodexin a terminal. - Runs start even when steps share a folder or the disk is low; you get a warning instead of a refusal.
- Agents are no longer cut off by short time limits or after repeated tool errors.
- Steps start right away instead of waiting for free CPU or memory.
- The Auto Operator is gone, so its notices no longer interrupt the Lead.
- The Lead always starts the work you ask for, and you can click the options in a step's question.
- A role whose model is gone keeps working in Auto on the closest installed model, and Auto never picks Fable or Astra by itself.
- A check that already passed on the same files is not run again, so one full check runs at the end.
