The startup banner no longer inlines a connect command or features one
agent. It now prints just the listening URL, the optional observer URL,
and a single neutral docs link (README #connect) — with blank lines
between so a copy-paste can't grab two lines at once. Per-agent setup
stays in the README.

Banner only; the 14 binary packages are unchanged (still 0.1.0).
