New packages (faithful pure-JS ports, byte-identical to the upstream tools):
- romdev-maxmod: devkitPro mmutil port — GBA .xm/.mod/.it/.s3m → Maxmod
  soundbank (.bin+.h). cmp-clean vs real mmutil on xm/mod/it. 29 tests.
- romdev-famitone: FamiTone2 text2data port — FamiTracker .txt → FT2 ca65
  data, byte-exact vs text2data -ca65. 18 tests.

In-process note-song compilers (note/duration → each bundled driver's table):
- spc (SNES apu_blob), gg/sms (SN76489), c64 (SID 3-voice), lynx (Mikey),
  atari7800 (TIA, 32-pitch snap), gb/gbc (hUGEDriver multi-channel).
  Each verified against its driver's own pre-baked note values.

Wiring: all as `target` on encodeAudio (surface stays 34 tools, no new tools).
MUSIC_SOURCING.md guide: ffmpeg sample path + transcription chain (Basic
Pitch/FamiStudio/OpenMPT) per system, with the synth-vs-sample caveat.
PCE/MSX deferred (no bundled music driver to target yet).
