📦 First archived, citable release — pyGWRetrieval is now on Zenodo with a permanent DOI.

This is a post-release of v0.2.0: no code or API changes. It exists to mint the
Zenodo archive and wire the DOI into the project metadata.

What's changed

• Archived the release on Zenodo with a citable concept DOI (10.5281/zenodo.21272166)
  that always resolves to the latest version.
• Added the Zenodo DOI badge and a doi field to the BibTeX citation across the
  README and documentation.
