Patch release for the safe ServiceTitan MCP PR queue merge.

Fixes:

• Appointment assignment now uses ServiceTitan's documented jobAppointmentId plus technicianIds[] payload.
• Dispatch job creation now supports appointments while validating the documented required job fields.
• Estimate item create/update now supports SKU fields without forcing them, forwards quantity / unitPrice, and keeps qty / unitRate as compatibility aliases.
