- Open the
.dmgand drag CraftPages into Applications. - Open CraftPages from Applications. The first time, macOS asks whether to open an app downloaded from the internet; click Open.
The app is signed and notarized by Apple from version 1.1.2. If an older version says it "is damaged and can't be opened", run this in Terminal, then open the app again (or install the latest version):
xattr -cr /Applications/CraftPages.app- Run
CraftPages-Setup.exe. - If Windows protected your PC (SmartScreen) appears, click More info → Run anyway. It shows because the installer isn't signed yet.
- CraftPages is added to the Start menu and the desktop.
AppImage (any distribution):
chmod +x CraftPages-*.AppImage
./CraftPages-*.AppImageOn Ubuntu 22.04 and later you may need FUSE: sudo apt install libfuse2
(on 24.04: sudo apt install libfuse2t64).
On Ubuntu 24.04 and desktops based on it (Zorin OS 18, Linux Mint 22, Pop!_OS), the system
doesn't let apps use Chromium's sandbox. The AppImage notices and starts without it. If it
still doesn't open, start it from a terminal to see why, or use the .deb package below.
Debian / Ubuntu package:
sudo apt install ./craftpages_amd64.deb- Click Open project… and pick your site's folder (see Your site folder).
