• City-level geo metric: new immich_assets_by_city{city, country, lat, lon} — geotagged assets per city, with centroid coordinates for a coords-mode geomap. Decoded from the same /map/markers call the exporter already makes, so it adds zero Immich API load. Gated behind the existing COLLECT_GEO toggle. (#5)
• Dashboard: new Assets by City (map) and Top Cities panels in the Geography section. (#5)
