macparakeet-cli 3.1.0

Standalone Apple Silicon release of MacParakeet's public automation CLI.

Added

  • transcribe --audio-track <N> selects a one-based embedded audio track for local files and folders.

Fixed

  • TXT and Markdown transcript exports now use deterministic reading paragraphs while SRT, VTT, and JSON remain unchanged.
  • Bundled CLI commands no longer emit the Foundation UserDefaults suite warning; the standalone CLI continues sharing MacParakeet app preferences.
  • OpenAI GPT-5.x reasoning models no longer receive unsupported sampling temperatures.
  • Local-file results preserve the original media filename unless explicitly renamed.
  • Clean processing preserves um for languages where it carries meaning.
  • Local engine startup reports Preparing speech model... instead of a synthetic 0% update.

The ARM64 binary is Developer ID signed and Apple notarized.
