macparakeet-cli 5.1.0

Standalone Apple Silicon release of the CLI bundled with MacParakeet 0.8.10. This replaces the Homebrew formula's 3.1.0 build from July 19, 2026.

The ARM64 binary is Developer ID signed and Apple notarized. Notarization 106f42ee-3da0-4eb1-aa4a-89375044a47c was Accepted.

Upgrade notes from 3.1.0

  • Text export on stdout includes the transcript header. export --stdout and export --stdout --format txt now match TXT file export: metadata header, timestamps, and speaker labels. For the stored text only, use export <id> --format json --stdout and read cleanTranscript or rawTranscript.
  • Apple Intelligence is cleanup-only. Explicit Apple Intelligence requests for summaries, chat, Ask, prompt results, and Transforms fail before generation. Cleanup still accepts Apple Intelligence. llm routes set analysis --provider appleIntelligence fails validation.
  • Inline Anthropic and OpenRouter commands default to Claude Sonnet 5.5 when --model is omitted (claude-sonnet-5-5 and anthropic/claude-sonnet-5.5). Pass --model to keep a previous model id.
  • Old meeting-type prompt flags are gone. --meeting-type and --all-meeting-types fail with migration guidance. Use the label flags.

Included since 3.1.0

Prompt collections and version history, meeting labels, speaker-aware export, saved-result editing, retranscribe, and llm routes. This build also includes the MacParakeet 0.8.10 long-transcript cleanup fix: cloud LLM requests wait 300 seconds, and cleanup is sent in sections of at most 12,000 characters.
