MacParakeet 0.7.0 is a speech quality and meeting reliability release. It adds Cohere Transcribe, ships the new meeting echo suppression asset path, improves speaker-aware meeting workflows, and tightens dictation, transcript, CLI, privacy, and release safety edges.

• Improved dictation tail handling, including hold-to-talk final-word cases; the default Parakeet v3 short-utterance/final-phrase issue remains open in #562 (#615, #632).
• Fixed a macOS 14 Neural Engine crash from concurrent inference and tightened Parakeet TDT inference gating (#614, #626).
• When audio output is Bluetooth, dictation now prefers the built-in microphone for better input quality when appropriate. This is a mitigation for Bluetooth-output setups; related Bluetooth issues remain open pending hardware retesting. (#613)
• Voice Return can now use multiple trigger phrases, including multilingual equivalents, while still only triggering Return from terminal phrases at the end of dictation (#607, #617).
• Added Parakeet custom vocabulary boosting and improved Parakeet Unified token timing behavior (#721, #748).
• Improved onboarding rerun and permission recovery, restored the dictation success checkmark, clarified Bluetooth mic settings, and polished undo-window ordering (#722, #739, #741, #745).

Library, Transcripts, And Export

• Added bulk transcript export from the Library (#657, #661).
• Added local transcription title renaming for the rename portion of #647 (#728).
